Medpage Limited T/A Easylink UK, established 1984, is a BSI registered company manufacturing quality care aid alarms. We have a vast experience in providing solutions for unusual alarm requirements. For people with special needs, our range of products meet with performance demands, ease of use and durability.
As a company we pride ourselves, and our customers agree, that we consider the requirements of our customers very highly. Our service, product development and technical support is second to none. Our service team are trained not only in the manufacture of the product but how they are supposed to work. So you can rest assured, if you call for assistance, you will speak to someone that knows what they are talking about and are able to help with any technical issues you may have. After all, we are not all geniuses where technology is concerned.
Ordering. Very simple. If you do not have an account with us (accounts are automatically granted to Local Authorities and NHS customers) every product page has a web link that you can type into your web browser. There, you will be able to order the product on-line. Alternatively, you can phone and one of our sales staff will help you with your order over the phone and take payment by debit or credit card.
Guarantee. All our products are supplied with a manufacturers 12 month warranty (some have 36 months) and are usually serviced in-house by our trained engineers. For warranty repairs or replacement, you simply return the item to us quoting your delivery or invoice number. We will return the item to you at our cost.
Delivery. To ensure prompt safe delivery of your order, we operate a simple carriage charge system. Singular items under £70.00 are send by Royal Mail at a charge of £4.40. Items over £70.00 are sent by UPS or other recognised courier at a charge of £9.25. Unless stated otherwise when ordering.
